My legal practice is limited to estate planning and settlement of estates and trusts. My law firm is unique in that with the assistance of a paralegal and legal assistant, in addition to preparing all legal documents for estate planning (typically to include Wills, Trusts whether Revocable or Irrevocable, Powers of Attorney, and Medical Directives), I also prepare all tax filings including fiduciary income tax returns for trusts and estates, federal and state estate tax returns, and the tax returns required of charitable trusts and private foundations.
